When will my order be produced? |

- Your items will be produced after store closes and all orders are tabulated.
- Usually we order the blank items shortly after the store closes and produce them within 2 or 3 days after the store closes.

When will my order ship? |

- You can expect to receive your items 6-8 business days after the store closes.

Can I order or add to an order after the store closes? |

- Unfortunately, orders for custom apparel cannot be submitted after the store closes.
- Once the store closes wheels are in motion to get items ordered and produced.
- That’s why we cannot accept additions, cancellations, or any alterations.

What about returns or exchanges? |

- Custom apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns will only be accepted for workmanship or if items shipped do not match your confirmation email.
