When will my order be produced?

• Your items will be produced after store closes and all orders are tabulated.
• Usually we order the blank items shortly after the store closes and produce them within 2 or 3 days after the store closes.

When will my order ship?

• In order to efficiently raise funds for the team/club’s program, we do not keep any item in stock.
• Everything is custom made to order.
• We do not produce any order until after the store has closed.
• Once the blank goods come in from all the vendors, they will be sorted, screen printed or embroidered, picked, and shipped as soon as they can.

Can I order or add to an order after the store closes?
