Once the blank goods come in from all the vendors, they will be
sorted, screen printed or embroidered, picked, and shipped as soon as they can.
When does the store close?
- The header image on the top of this page has a store close date.
- Midnight that day the store will close.
- NO orders will be accepted after the store closes.
How do I get my order?
- For this webstore order, option(s) will be:
- PICKUP from Organizer recommended*
- USPS SHIPPING
What about my confirmation emails? It’s wrong or missing.
- Please check your confirmation email to make sure you will receive the proper items.
- If you don’t receive a confirmation email, that may mean that your order may have not been submitted properly.
- If this is the case please contact us immediately. If we don’t receive your order before closing, we cannot take your order.
When will my order be produced?
- Your items will be produced after store closes and all orders are tabulated.
- Usually we order the blank items shortly after the store closes and produce them within 2 or 3 days after the store closes.
When will my order ship?
- The header image on the top of this page has an estimated ship date.
- In order to efficiently raise funds for the team/club’s program, we do not keep any item in stock.
- Everything is custom made to order.
- We do not produce any order until after the store has closed.

Can I order or add to an order after the store closes?
- Unfortunately, orders for custom apparel cannot be submitted after the store closes.
- Once the store closes wheels are in motion to get items ordered and produced.
- That’s why we cannot accept additions, cancellations, or any alterations.
What about returns or exchanges?
- Custom apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns will only be accepted for workmanship or if items shipped do not match your confirmation email.
